
General Info
Class Content - every class is different but will include exercises designed to improve balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
New starters - If you are new to pilates I will suggest you come along for a 1:1 introductory session (£48), so you can meet me, learn some basic exercises and we can talk through any particular limitations or concerns you may have.

What to wear - It is important that I can see how your body moves in class, so please wear stretchy clothing. You will not need trainers.

Payment - is by the term and is typically £84 for a 6 week course, payable in advance by bank transfer. There are no complicated booking systems to navigate.

Class swaps are available if you need to miss a class, and short notice availability is notified by WhatsApp group, so you get better value from your term fee. See my class timetable for class options.
